A GIF is limited to 256 colours per frame, which is why so many of them look washed out. The difference between a good GIF and a bad one is almost entirely down to how those 256 colours are chosen — and most online makers do not choose at all, they reuse one fixed palette for every clip.
Every animation made here gets a palette derived from its own frames, generated through a full FFmpeg pipeline. Gradients stay smooth, dark scenes keep their shadow detail, and motion stays clean at higher frame rates. If you would rather skip the 256-colour limit entirely, export WebP instead and keep full colour at a fraction of the file size.
